Excavation & Slope Shaping
Pond slopes should be excavated at a 1:1 or 1:1.5 gradient. Remove all sharp stones, roots, and debris, followed by compacting the subgrade.
Anchor Trench Digging
Dig a 50cm wide by 50cm deep anchor trench around the entire perimeter, set back 1 meter from the pond crest.
Geotextile & Liner Deployment
Roll out geotextile fleece, unroll HDPE panels into the pond basin, align overlap seams with 10cm–15cm lap margin.
Thermal Welding & Backfilling
Fuse seams with hot wedge machine, perform air channel spark pressure test, lay liner edges into anchor trench and backfill with soil.
